Mr. Kanwar Krishen having worked in state electricity boards around the country for several decades gained proficiency in designing Hydel ions, High and Extra High Voltage Sub-stations, Transmission Networks,  Distributionsystems and complex large scale Electrical Systems.

 His expertise and experience in electrical engineering was solicited by a close friend and Kanwar Krishen Associates was born in 1969.

In 1991 Mr. Kanwar Krishen’s son, Mr. Navin Krishen joined the Company and subsequently went on to become the Managing Director. A B.Sc (Engg) Hons. Degree holder from Punjab University, Navin Krishen joined the Company, enriching it with nearly three decades of experience, having worked with the English Electric / GEC group of companies and later at the National Information Technologies Limited

Mr. Navin Krishen is a veteran and a seasoned hand in the spheres of design, installation, turnkey execution of sub-stations, distribution systems covering transformers, high and medium voltage switchgear, besides illumination techniques and optimum utilization of electrical power. He also has first hand knowledge of Information Technology systems, Communication Systems and has been associated with the design of energy efficient ‘Green Buildings’.

In 2015, following his untimely demise, his spouse, Mrs. Lillian Krishen, took over as Managing Director, transitioning from her role as a Director of the Company. Mrs. Krishen is an experienced and accomplished HR professional. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She brings to the company more than 30 years of experience working with multinationals and The World Bank. Mrs. Krishen is also a Certified Incredible You Coach – A CCE (Continuing Coach Education) Certified Program accredited by the International Coach Federation.

Mrs. Krishen’s style of leadership is to mentor and guide staff to think out of the box. She also believes that learning is an on-going process and by sharing knowledge, one learns to foster innovation, which in turn offers the best possible solutions to clients.

Mrs. Lillian Krishen is confident that with her team of highly qualified and dedicated technical professionals she will, not only follow the vision of the Company, but will strive to take Kanwar Krishen Associates to greater heights.
